WHAT DOES THIS INCLUDE?

• We have a standard themed party package which includes 4 hour hall hire

• SUITABLE FOR AGE 5-10

• Choose any theme or character we will make it happen!

• Maximum 25 kids

• Circular backdrop with balloons

• 2 Plinths or cake table

• Disposable themed tableware for Kids table and gift table, including table cloths, plates cups and napkins and cutlery

• Light up Number

• 5 bunches of 5 plain Helium Balloons

• 4 Themed Balloons or Special balloons

• Personalised message on TV Screen

PLEASE READ

• Please Note tableware is only provided for the kids table, you will need to provide any extra table cloths needed for your event our tables do need covering

• Bespoke balloon packages are available please ask for more information when making an inquiry

• Sherwood Park Hall staff will have everything we are responsible for set up prior to your guest arrival please confirm all items you need prior to your event

• Full instruction for the use of the PA system will be shown to you

• This package is for up to 25 children only, any more children may incur additional charges

• Any items not found in the package please look for them on the additional hire items page, or call our bookings manager for more information

• You have a 60 minute set up window and 30 minutes to break down, our hourly rate for hire is £75 per hour outside of these times overstaying will effect your refund deposit.
